Fairmont Windsor Park is a five-star hotel and spa on the edge of Windsor Great Park at Egham in Surrey, set in 40 acres of gardens and parkland with a tranquil lake. Opened in 2022 on the site of a former private mansion, it has around 250 bedrooms and suites and is part of the Fairmont brand within the Accor group.
There is no golf course at the hotel, which makes it a comfortable base for exploring the best-known heathland courses of Surrey and Berkshire. Sunningdale is roughly 15 minutes away and Wentworth is close by, with Walton Heath, West Hill and Camberley Heath also within reach. Fairmont Spa & Wellness covers 2,500 square metres, with a 20-metre lap pool, 18 treatment rooms, a Himalayan salt room and a cryotherapy chamber, so non-golfers are well looked after. Dining is a strength, with several restaurants and bars including the fine-dining 1215, the Windsor Brasserie and the Orchid Tea Room for afternoon tea.
The location is convenient for arrivals and sightseeing. Heathrow is about 20 minutes by car and Windsor is around 10 minutes away, while central London is within an hour and Gatwick is around 55 minutes.
